What does it cost for an inspection?
Inspections include:
- on-site visit to inspect pool barriers,
- detailed report of inspection, including in the case of non-compliance, reasons for non-compliance, reference to the corresponding legislation, and suggestions to rectify the non-compliance issues,
- discussion on issues of non-compliance during inspection if required,
- a certificate of compliance or non-compliance, as appropriate.

SPA POOL (<2000L, portable with hardcover lid): $200.00
SWIM SPA or PLUNGE POOL: $300.00
SWIMMING POOL (or inground spa pool): $150.00
SPA POOL (<2000L, portable with hardcover lid): $120.00
SWIM SPA or PLUNGE POOL: $150.00
For urgent inspections within 24 hours, please add $50.00.
REGISTERING YOUR POOL when booking inspection: NO CHARGE
REGISTERING YOUR POOL without booking inspection: $40.00 per pool

Compliant CPR charts (must be permanently attached before end of inspection): $30.00
The above pricing schedule is for pools bounded by:
- Laurieton to the north,
- Gloucester to the west, and
- Tea Gardens to the south, and includes the towns of:
- Forster, Tuncurry, Old Bar, Hallidays Point, Nabiac, Krambach, Pacific Palms, Seal Rocks, Wingham, Harrington, Bulahdelah…

Owners do not need to be present but if present Covid-safe distancing is to be maintained in the best interest of all parties concerned.
